From Merriam-Webster Dictionary, definition of “meme”:
1 : an idea, behavior, style, or usage that spreads from person to person within a culture.
There’s a “post 7 book covers over 7 days” meme going around right now and you KNOW this librarian is going to get in on that action!
The whole deal is to just post the cover with no additional information…
but if you *ask* me about the book and why I picked it in the comments, I can’t NOT not answer, right? (is that a triple negative? What does that even mean? I’m trying to be grammatically sneaky but instead I’m just concerned that I’ve negated my negative negative…)
ANYWAY – COVER 1!
I remember when Bennett won the Shirley Jackson award years ago. I guess I always assumed he was a horror writer… Have you read any of his other stuff outside of this series? I’m intrigued…

Nope, I’ve only read the first book in the series because a friend just finished the trilogy and was raving about it. It was a lot of fun though! Pretty quick read too! And it wrapped up the main story because this second book is a different character from that story on a new adventure/mystery.
